Max International has announced updates to the compensation plan which will come into effect 1st December 2009. The changes around around the ranks advancement bonuses and the fixed Gold, Platinum and Diamond cash bonuses have gone. In their place is a new Gold advancement pool with further focuses the compensation plan around getting people to gold as quickly as possible. There will be shares in pool that is 1% of global CV for fast-track, initial pay-team volume and two consecutive months of qualifying pay-team volume capped at $1000 per share.
