With feedback from the field Max International has revised it compensation plan to better reflect the activities distributors should be focusing on, and to help people get into a full time income faster.
One of the biggest changes is to the way the pin ranks and matching bonuses are calculated. Previously the pin rank went by the total income earned and has changed to be determined by just the team commissions. The matching bonuses now go by the pin rank instead of the number of associates sponsored. This helps associates focus on building depth and downline leaders rather than always having to worry about sponsoring and their front line
Additionally there are new bonuses for achieving the gold through diamond pink ranks, and an additional pool for platinum and diamond associates.
